Overview. By accessing or purchasing from the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Account. You must be the age of majority. You are responsible for your credentials and activity.
Orders & Acceptance. Your order is an offer. We may accept or reject. Canceled-after-charge orders are refunded in full.
Pricing, Taxes & Payment. Prices may change until acceptance. Taxes and shipping shown at checkout. PCI-compliant payment; no full card data stored.
Shipping. Processing typically 24–48 business hours. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery.
Returns & Refunds. See Return & Refund Policy.
Warranty. Most products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Prohibited Uses. No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or disruptive use.
Intellectual Property. Content is owned or licensed; protected by law.
Third-Party Services. Powered by Shopify; external tools/sites have their own terms.
Disclaimers & Liability. Services "as is." To the extent permitted by law, liability capped at the amount paid for the order.

Return & Refund Policy
Overview. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags. Opened consumables and customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Start a Return. Email support with your order number and reason for return. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Return Shipping. Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error or the item is defective. Use a trackable service.
Refund Timing. Refunds process 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Bank posting times vary.
Exchanges. Fastest method is to place a new order and return the original item.
Defects & Damages. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and the packing slip.
Final Sale. Gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
International Orders. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Return labels may not be provided for some regions.

Shipping Policy
Processing Times. Orders ship in 24–48 business hours unless otherwise noted. Preorders ship on the stated date.
Methods & Rates. Options and prices are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability.
Order Tracking. A tracking link is sent when the label is created. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Address Accuracy. You are responsible for correct shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Issues. If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and the carrier. File a claim if needed.
Customs & Duties. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.
Shipping Restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items or where prohibited by law.
Risk of Loss. Title and risk pass to you upon the carrier’s delivery scan.
